Summer had returned to Summer Haven and with it the occasional trouble. The Summer Haven Police Department had received a bulletin from the FBI that there was a potential for a rise in race related crimes in beach communities across the country as alcohol and heat seemed to fuel all manner of stupid behavior. Taking this in to account Chief of Police James Holden once again turned to the town Mage Maggie, she preferred mage to witch, and picked up a supply of the potion that would allow he and one of his officers to transform in to beautiful women of different ethnic backgrounds so they could patrol the beach in the ultimate under cover disguise. Deputy Morgan Teller had hoped that he hadn't seemed to enthusiastic when he volunteered to once again take a female form, a form that maintained the strength of their male bodies. James and Morgan had to admit that this patrol was pretty easy duty. If nothing illegal happened they were basically enjoying a beautiful day at the beach!
