Carl felt it was the right thing to do when he reported his shift in to Amy's body. He could have tried to fake it and fool her friends and family while living her luxurious life but he just couldn't live a lie. So he returned to his modest apartment and his job at the gas station. Amy's family kept in touch and even let him take her wardrobe so he wouldn't have to spend alot on clothing for his new body. Carl was getting used to his new body and he found his tip money had increased three fold.
